IJ has been a very busy place this weekend. WOO HOO!

I have several new asylums that I want to pimp.

soooooooo I couldn't access IJ after I did my post last night until about 15 minutes ago. It totally sucked but it had something to do with caches and internet providers and stuff I really don't understand and only cared about when this happened. It made me sad. :( It ruined my whole day.

I owe a bunch of people responses to comments and I promise to get to them later.

Plus I had a headache all day long. I'm tired of this weather and my sinuses and how it all fucks up my plans. Needless to say, I haven't written my pRon yet. :(

But, on a happier note: today is a special day because it's vamphile's birthday. Happy Birthday my darling wife!

In other news: I'm annoyed that the mail comes while I'm at work. I MISSED MY DELIVERY OF DEXTER. And NO thunderinglunie, calling him from the door didn't work. SOBS. :(((((

Also, I need to write my fic for bj_action and I need a new idea. DOUBLE SOB.

I do find it interesting that so far our newest coffeeclub discussion has Brian in the lead as being the biggest drama queen. LOL

I'm enjoying today's rainy day but it makes me unproductive and I've gotten NO work done today and NO laundry. sighs. "I'll think about it tomorrow."

I did however, order season one of DEXTER on dvd. DJF;JADS;FJLSAJDFASDF Cannot wait for it to get here.

Hello my beloved flist. I've been a busy bee in RL and switching things over to the new host site for the comms.

I'm really excited about this. I don't have to reject membership requests anymore. I don't have to click around searching for dobs every. single. day. I don't have to worry so hard about compliance with a very strict TOS. I don't have to feel like I've locked up teh love anymore. I don't have to feel like big brother...I was never comfortable with that role.

I've always wanted to be able to have open communities and not force people to get journals or reveal info they're not comfortable with revealing. This gives me a chance to do that. I know _alicesprings feels basically the same way.

I've got some new ideas for things and I'm looking forward to old and new fans having fun in the communities for a loooooooooong time to come. I'm not going anywhere.

For qaf_retread, we'll be posting from scratch OVER HERE at insanejournal. New recs, repeat recs and themed recs, just like you guys wanted in my recent poll. All the posts will be fresh and shiney and new.

LJ/6A can take this as an opportunity to draw and quarter me ban me, hang me delete me or sentence me to death by lethal injection suspend me permenantly. However, what I really HOPE they do is come here and use an incorrect interpretation of a LEGAL definition and call me a child pornographer. Please I welcome the opportunity to sue 6A/LJ for defamation (libel specifically).

Or LJ/6A can take this as a challenge to SHOW me the caselaw defining their "legal" stance and how any of these pictures fit it. Go on...I dare ya.

Or perhaps they'd like to back pedal and STOP using LEGAL definitions and just say the truth: NO ONE UNDER 18 BECAUSE THAT'S THE WAY WE WANT IT.

Hi guys. _alicesprings and I are working on setting up the communities w/ layouts and rules over at insanejournal. testdog65 is working on figuring out how to duplicate them there too. (HUGE THANKS to her).

This is still just precautionary (has LJ said anything new - I've been in a bit of a bubble this weekend) but if you want to friend them over there, please feel free.

However, I've made it so no one can post yet until they're all ready to go. I'm actually kind of excited about it because I wouldn't have to lock them down as long as we all follow some simple rules.
